Moral responsibility
We have a moral as well as a legal responsibility to send our employees home at the end of the workday in no worse condition than when they arrived in the morning.
What exactly is ergonomics?
Ergonomics deals with the creation of a working environment that ensures sufficient comfort during work. Through its influence, it minimizes signs of fatigue, health problems and improves the physical and psychological state of the employee. This results in an increase in work performance, a reduction in incapacity for work as well as the error rate of workers.
Industrial athletes
Millions of workers around the world have to stand, bend, kneel, reach at work every day - they put everything into their work because they are proud of what they create and where they work. That is why we admire such workers as industrial athletes. Performance requirements are set high for them. They work hard to achieve their goals. However, this is also reflected in the physical condition. Pain and the possibility of injury are part of the job. But despite everything, they overcome it every day to support themselves and their families.
Our mission
To provide industrial athletes and their coaches with a suitable ergonomic surface so that they can return home every day in the condition in which they left.
The surface matters!
By improving their mobility, efficiency and results, it is ensured that the performance is increased to the maximum. This is why ergonomics matter. EMG testing of muscle movements showed up to a 50% improvement in muscle circulation when using an anti-fatigue mat compared to standing on concrete.
